What a day! Thank you all you beautiful people that came to get behind such a good cause @dinglefoundationwbop

This weekend I’m “jumping for youth” which is the campaign The Graeme Dingle Foundation run each year to raise money for their youth programs. But with a sky dive exciting me more than scaring me it felt a little odd getting people to fundraise towards just that. So I chose a challenge that did scare me, that I was a little nervous I might not be able to complete but something lots of you could also be apart of too.

Thank you to these beautiful souls who came and entertained me while I blocked out the burn and just put one foot in front of the other. It was SUCH a fun day. And thank you to the 60 people who have donated so far.

Between now and Sunday I have $125 yet to raise to hit the goal I set of $2500.

Congratulations to our Treatment Clinic member of the month @rochhammond 🥳

During October I had so many moments thinking “frick I love this woman!” Rochelle’s been a friend and member since back in the home studio days and I’ve watched her be an absolute boss and show so much resilience through so many changes. Life ain’t easy! But some people know what they gotta do and just do the things that will make you happier long term.

Rochelle, I see you girlfriend. Your capacity at work 🙌 Being the incredible mum you are 🙌 Embracing the challenges and massive changes that life throws at us 🙌 AND THEN injuries and sickness love to come at you too. But you always keep your chin up and get back on the horse. And I love this about you.

You come to class even if you’ve got an injury to work around. Or you’ll come back with the right attitude to just ease back into it after being unwell for weeks. And I guess that’s why you’re still here.

Big perfectionistic ideas about working out 3-4 times a week every week and being a hero are often not realistic. It leads to disappointment, a shitty narrative and usually, giving up.

You’re always progressing and you look bloody fantastic. I hope you’re proud of you! Xx

I think you’re amazing. As do all the girls who have had the pleasure of getting to know you.

Keep up the good work & enjoy being a little bit spoilt with the beautiful 60 min facial with Gina @the_treatment_clinic sometime soon.

Competing at a high level isn’t my future cos this body ain’t it 🥴😂 But I’m glad I said “yes” and had a jam in Elite.

Its been a good few months of pushing myself and getting a bit stronger mentally and physically. But so excited to go back to training with no pressure on myself every session and enjoy some more time outside. Also gonna be quite happy to leave 22.5’s on the rack and forget about 1RM’s for a long time 😂

Back to reality and more focus back on EmFit from tonight.

I’m “dropping for youth” in November to rais

I’m “dropping for youth” in November to raise money for the Graeme Dingle Foundation.

Some of you have been generous and donated already but I thought, like some others I’d actually do something kinda tough to help generate some more donations.

We need to raise a minimum of $1500. Here’s how I think we could get another $1000 pulled together.

Saturday the 16th November I’m going to try complete 10 Mount climbs in my 10kg vest with a goal of each climb being sponsored $100. We’ll split $100 between 4 people (or you can sponsor 2 or more @ 25 per spot)

I’d also love some company. So sponsor a climb and come do it with me 💞 I’ve organised a couple of 7kg vests for you to all wear too 😜

Private message or comment below with the climb you’d like to sponsor (and hopefully do with me too 🏃‍♀️⛰️ Weight vests not compulsory 😉)

I’m often asked if it’s possible to bring children to class.

And it absolutely is. We have a very modest but practical area right next to the floor space where we train. The kids can enjoy playing with some unfamiliar toys as well as eating the plethora of schnacks mum packs to keep them occupied 😂

Then after class they join us for high 5’s, hitting balls around, copying exercises mum was doing or taking the stretches.

We have a great arrangement where coaches and parents alike all understand consistent boundaries that keep the kids safe and classes flowing nicely.

So, yes. Bring the little one & come have your fun too!
