Let us introduce you to our PT intro package! It’s a completely personalised one-on-one program designed to get you fizzing about fitness. Your PT sessions will introduce you to most of the functional exercises we use at MBL. In this time we’ll establish strong healthy movement patterns, progressively build your fitness and have a great time with empowering workouts! Two weeks down the track you’ll be chomping at the bit to get amongst our group fitness classes with our tribe of lovely ladies.
Session 1 – 30 min consultation
Let’s chat about your journey so far. We’ll build a plan to help you achieve your health goals in a fun and sustainable way! We’ll also gather info on injuries you’re working with and how to construct great personalised sessions just for you.
