Also want to acknowledge our gorgeous Toni Skiffington @brian_toni who was unsure about doing the comp but smashed it. You’re a weapon and an absolute inspiration!

To every single one of you that participated but aren’t in this particular post, thank you for being apart of what I do. I’m truly honoured you turn up and put up with me and find my idea of “fun” fun too 😂 Days like today I look around at all the strong, big hearted, fun loving souls under one roof and my heart is SO full.

Love you all so much and I’m so grateful you’re all as beautiful as you are, building each other up the way you do because every single one of you should embrace the build ups and have all the confidence in the world. You’re incredible inside and out.

For those of you who don’t know where we are or what our space is like 👀

This is us, front door is on Truman Lane just down from the big Mainfreight 🔵 building.

This morning I rolled up to work, the doors were all open from previous classes and I was just SO grateful for this beautiful space.

One Sunday night Oct 2019 I had a feeling to drive over and see what it thought it was I’d seen being built here.

It took 5 months to get the space converted and everything over the line with council but we’ve been in our facility 4 years March 2024 and I still love it just as much as I did at the beginning. We’re lucky to have a gym that’s light, bright and such a fresh feeling space. It was a wild ride for a while there though 🤣 Bitta back story for those who haven’t been with me that long, we had lockdown the Monday after our opening day on Saturday. After re-opening we had a black water flood 💩 😂 More lock downs. But here we are. Going strong and building a community that blows my mind with kindness, lols, strength and inspiration every single week.

So SO grateful for what I get to do & the tribe I share it with!

SO good for mental health! I wish I could be bothered to somehow have all the grunting & cracking up on here. So funny!
